Flood on cold start could be do to a faulty engine temperature sensor. You need to see what temp. ECT sensor is reading on a cold start via scan tool. Check inlet temp. also. PCM adjusts fuel richer for colder temps. so if PCM see's colder than what it actually is it could flood motor.Clean your terminals, charge the battery and see if that helps. Once the electrics are solid then see if the ignition switch is bad. Track down the ignition relay on the fuse/relay board and rig a jumper. When it happens, jump it, if it works then the ignition switch or relay is suspect. Mark in Queens NY.
